When I try to log in it says ``Invalid Credentials``

More often than not this is a typing error. Enter the username and password manually, do not use the “stored” credentials. Be aware that the username and password are case sensitive, also ensure that your caps lock is not on. If you still cannot successfully login please click on the “Forgot Password” option and fill in your email address. You will then receive an email with a link to set a new password.

There are missing assets from my map

In the top right of the map click on the legend icon and ensure that the asset type is selected.

Asset or Assets are in the wrong place

You can resolve this by entering the “GPS Finder” select your asset group, asset type, then select the asset and click “Move” and move the asset to the desired location.
