Meter is not reporting to the website

The first step with any field meter issue is to check the power. First check the voltage at the meter which should be at least 12 volts., if your meters are on A/C please skip the next steps. If your voltage is below 12 volts please check the voltage on the batteries then check them again after you disconnect the solar panel. Replace the batteries if needed.

There is no display onsite

First check the power as stated in the above questions answer. Second try a power cycle by unplugging the green 5 pin plug located at the bottom right of the main board then plug it back in. Next ensure that the ribbon cable is connected firmly to the display board and main board. Then try another display board, if that works then it was the display board, but if the new display board does not work and your power is good then you will need a new main board. Please contact your local technician to schedule the repair.

I just see question marks going across the display

Unplug the keypad from the display board. If this resolves the issue then have the keypad replaced by contacting your local technician.
