I cannot view my NVR remotely

Please power cycle both the NVR and modem. For the NVR hold down the power button for 5 seconds, wait 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. For the modem unplug the grey 4 pin power cord from the modem, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. It says ``Invalid Credentials`` when I try to access the NVR

This is more often than not a typo. Please fill in the username and password manually, do not use the stored credentials, and try again. If this doesn’t resolve the issue please contact support by either emailing us at support@silversmithinc.com or call us at (989)732-8988

Once I log into the NVR I cannot see video from my cameras

You must use the only supported browser which is Internet Explorer. This could also be an issue at the NVR please power cycle the NVR by holding down the power button for 5 seconds, wait 30 seconds, then press turn the NVR back on by pressing the power button again.
