AlertSmith® from Silversmith Data is a remote monitoring and alarming system used by cities to send real-time alerts within minutes about water pressure-related events, such as tank/level containment, compressor run status, and storage well pressure. Once installed, AlertSmith® will collect data at variable user-specified intervals that can be viewed on an easy-to-use website. Users can read up to five analog inputs and two dry contact inputs, giving them all the information they need to view their water systems properly. If an issue is found, text and email alerts from cry-out setpoints will be sent, allowing your team to address the problem quickly.
